Individual Coaching (1 MONTH)

Service Description

Coaching designed to support the understanding and discovery of your strengths and how ADHD may show up in your life. We will meet weekly to process implementation of goal-directed strategies needed for your personalized toolbox. Between each session, there will be regular follow up to ensure you are progressing toward your plan. **Individual- $100.00/per 60-minute session (3-month commitment paid monthly unless otherwise prearranged)
